Don't buy my strenght program for soccer players.
Seriously, don’t buy it.
Don’t buy it if you’re a player who doesn’t care about performing well on the field.
Don’t buy it if you’re fine getting injured now and then.
And definitely don’t buy it if recovering fast or slow makes no difference to you.
Also, if you’re a parent who signs your kid up for soccer just to keep him busy for a while, this program isn’t for you—you’d just be wasting your money.
Strength coaches, personal trainers, coaches…
if you’re expecting a massive textbook packed with info that only interests you and that requires a college degree, two master’s, and destroying seven horcruxes to apply, then don’t buy it either.
Because this program is simple to follow and straight to the point, made so players can start working from day one without wasting time.
That’s it.
I say this because some people are shocked that it’s “so few pages.”
Next time I’ll add 35 extra pages of bibliography no one will ever read, just so they can relax.
Now…
If you don’t care about page count.
If you want to apply it fast.
If you don’t want to grab your hamstring after your second sprint.
If you want to perform better in everything your position demands.
If you want to stay fresh for the next session.
If you care about all that for your kid.
Yes.
Otherwise.
Don’t buy this training program.
Have a great Saturday.
Coach Al.
¡Vamos!
